2. Products and Availability

All products displayed on avelore.com are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update or discontinue items without notice. Product images are for representation and may vary slightly due to lighting or screen differences.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in your local currency, including VAT where applicable. We may adjust prices due to changes in taxes, exchange rates, or other factors. The final total is shown at checkout.

4. Payment

We accept secure payments by credit or debit card, PayPal, and other local methods as available. All transactions are processed through encrypted payment systems. Avelore does not store your payment details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All orders ship from Sweden. Delivery times vary by destination and are provided at checkout. While we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, we monitor all shipments to ensure delivery.

6. Returns and Exchanges

As of November 18th, returns are extended until January 10th 2026.

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition. To arrange a return or exchange, please email us at info@avelore.com for instructions.

Worn items or watches with removed protective seals are not eligible for return. Exchanges are free of charge. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and approved.

7. Warranty

All Avelore jewelry and watches come with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, color changes, accidental damage, water damage beyond stated resistance, or unauthorized repairs.

For warranty claims, contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on avelore.com including text, images, logos, and designs is the property of Avelore or its partners. Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

9. Privacy

We value your privacy. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your information.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be handled by Swedish courts unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
