Returns
You may return any unused Avelore pieces in their original packaging for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items that have been worn, or watches with protective films removed from the top, back, or crown, are not eligible for return. All pieces must be sent back unused and in their original packaging.
If a returned item does not meet these requirements, we will be unable to accept it and will return it to you.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Each piece is carefully prepared in Sweden and dispatched within 24 hours (on working days).
Delivery takes 2–5 business days within Europe and 5–7 days worldwide. Every shipment is fully insured by Avelore from our hands to yours.

Warranty
Your Avelore piece is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to material or manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.
If an eligible issue occurs during this period, we will repair it at no cost. If repair isn’t possible, the item will be replaced with an identical or equivalent piece. The warranty for the replacement item remains valid for 24 months from the original purchase date.
Included under warranty:
Material or manufacturing defects present at delivery.
Faults preventing normal use of the product.
The warranty does not apply to:
Battery life.
Natural wear and aging, such as surface scratches or color changes.
Damage caused by impact, accidents, misuse, or neglect.
Repairs or modifications by unauthorized parties.
Water, fire, or weather-related damage.
Avelore watches are water-resistant to 5 ATM, suitable for everyday wear such as hand-washing, light swimming, and brief contact with water.
