Avelore ships worldwide. All orders are handled with care and sent from our warehouse in Sweden the same day, or next working day. Every shipment is fully insured by us until it reaches you.

Delivery Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination.

  • Within Europe: 2–5 business days
  • Outside Europe: 5–7 business days

All deliveries are insured by Avelore. In the rare case of a lost or damaged shipment, we will handle the issue directly with our carrier to ensure resolution.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders, regardless of destination.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your delivery on our tracking page here by entering the tracking number provided.

Customs and Duties

For international orders outside the European Union, local customs fees or import duties may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delivery Responsibility

All orders are shipped with full insurance coverage until they reach you. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, Avelore will manage the claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
