Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Avelore ships worldwide from our warehouse in Sweden.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Europe takes 2–5 business days, and 5–7 business days for the rest of the world.

Any orders we receive before 2:00 PM CET on working days days will be shipped the same day.

Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Are deliveries insured?

All deliveries are fully insured by Avelore until they reach you.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within a few hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes. You may return any unused Avelore pieces in their original packaging for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Are exchanges free?

Yes. Exchanges are free of charge and follow the same conditions as returns.

What materials are Avelore pieces made from?

Our jewelry and watches are crafted from high-quality stainless steel, plated with 14k gold, 18k gold or sterling silver. All pieces are crafted for long-lasting wear.

Are your pieces nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. All Avelore jewelry is nickel-safe and hypoallergenic, meeting EU regulations for nickel release. Our materials are carefully selected to minimize the risk of irritation, even for sensitive skin.

Are Avelore watches water-resistant?

Yes. All watches have a 5 ATM water resistance rating, suitable for everyday use, light swimming, and sports but not for diving or high-pressure water exposure.

How should I care for my Avelore jewelry?

We recommend storing your pieces separately in their original packaging and avoiding contact with water, perfume, and harsh chemicals to preserve their finish.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. All Avelore orders arrive beautifully packaged in our signature boxes, ready for gifting.

Is there a warranty on Avelore watches?

Yes. All Avelore watches come with a 24-month international warranty covering manufacturing and material defects.
