Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Avelore ships worldwide from our warehouse in Sweden. Shipping is free and usually takes 3-5 business days within Europe. For orders outsode Europe, expect delivery within 5-7 business days.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You may return any unused Avelore pieces in their original packaging for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If you choose to use our return shipping label, a €8 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Are exchanges free?

Yes. Exchanges are free of charge and follow the same conditions as returns.Please email us at info@avelore.com for instructions on how to exchange.

Is there a warranty on Avelore products?

Yes. All Avelore products come with a 24-month international warranty covering manufacturing and material defects.
